The Downtown Los Angeles Venue has its Highest Grossing Month Since October 2007 Grand Opening
Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE had a record-setting month in September, hosting 11 shows that marked the venue’s highest grossing month since its opening in October 2007. It was the hot spot for music fans of all ages and demos, as Nokia Theatre L.A. The three concert runs by Marc Anthony and Juan Gabriel hold the honor as the top grossing three-run shows in the history of Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE, other artists on that list include pop artists Lady Gaga and Katy Perry, as well as comedian George Lopez. Nokia Theatre had a total gross for the month of September that reached over $8.5 million and sold over 76,300 tickets.
